I-DJ is about a queer Chicano DJ/actor who spins the soundtrack of his life on the dance floor by night and by day in a gay send-up of Shakesqueer’s Ham-a-lot set to a dub-step beat of ecstasy, tainted love, Rollerena and Herb Alpert.

Gregg Barrios is also author of RANCHO PANCHO (Hansen Publishing Group) a play about Tennessee Williams and his partner Pancho Rodriguez. Gregg is also author of LA CAUSA, a collection of poems and narratives that chronicle the changes made in the aftermath of the Chicano Mexican American civil rights movement.
