Karen Kondazian participated in “Staging the Unstageable: The Esthetics of Dramatizing Atrocity” an event featuring three plays and a discussion panel to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. The event took place on the evening of April 28 at the Kirk Douglas Theatre in Culver City, CA. The event was organized by the Center Theatre Group and the Armenian Dramatic Artists Alliance. Karen Kondazian is author of the prize winning novel THE WHIP. She was a journalist and is an award winning theater actress, distinguishing herself portraying the women of Tennessee Williams. She has also guest starred in over 50 television shows and films, including playing Kate Holliday in the award winning David Wolper TV movie, Showdown at OK Corral.
