John DiLeo to write “Tennessee Williams and Company”

Author John DiLeo is writing a new film book entitled, TENNESSEE WILLIAMS AND COMPANY: His Essential Screen Actors. Hansen Publishing Group plans to release it in October 2010.

Here’s what John DiLeo says about his new book, Tennessee Williams and Company: His Essential Screen Actors:

The book is more about the artistic connections, some of them flat-out failures, between the actors and their Tennessee Williams roles.  They are the “essentials” because they explored more than one role, getting deeper into Tennessee Williams’ work, returning for another try, sometimes achieving two triumphs and sometimes nowhere near that, but nonetheless essential to these dozen movies.
