Opening An Account
Retailers wishing to open an account should fill out our credit application form and fax it to customer service department at 732-418-1921. New accounts must submit a prepaid initial order with their credit application form while their application is under review.

Your purchase order should include your company name, account details, ship to address, shipping method, ISBN, Title, Author and quantity.
Hansen Publishing Group titles are also distributed by Baker & Taylor and Ingram.
Terms of Sale
We require prepayment on your first order. Our terms are net 30 days once your account has received credit approval.
Books ship FOB East Brunswick, NJ. Shipments will be shipped via FedEx ground unless your purchase order indicates a specific shipping method.
All short shipments and damaged books must be reported within 30 days for credit.
Retailer Returns Policy
Books are returnable for credit only — no cash refunds. Books are returnable no earlier than 90 days and no later than 12 months from their original invoice date. The books must be in saleable condition with no marks or price tags. Please provide a packing slip with a list of the titles, the original invoice numbers and dates, and the reason for return. Credit will be denied for titles that have been declared out of print or out of stock indefinitely for 6 months.

Ordering
Individuals may order from our web store at this site or by calling 732-220-1211 to place a telephone order.
Returns
Returns may be made within 14 days of your receipt. The returned item must in its original condition and its original packaging.
We will credit your account for the full amount of the item once we have received your return. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
