Kill Kitchener cover and photograph of Andrew Joseph BlascoAndrew Joseph Blasco, author of the novel Kill Kitchener, was interviewed by co-host Amanda Peterson of the “Good Day PA” show on ABC27, Harrisburg, PA.  The episode entitled  “Author Spotlight: Andrew Joseph Blasco” is an interview with Blasco about his new novel Kill Kitchner, which is a historical novel about South African Fritz Duquesne.

About the book: Kill Kitchener is a historical novel about Fritz Duquesne, an aristocratic South African, who is sent to England for his formal education. Tensions rise between the British and his homeland as the age of African colonialism peaks. A boiling point is reached between Fritz and his adopted brethren when he is sent home as a British army officer.

About the Author: Andrew Blasco was born to hardworking, middle-class parents in central Pennsylvania and is the youngest of three children, including his twin brother. Shortly after college, Andrew waded into politics serving on several campaigns ranging from local to federal offices. After serving as staff in the U.S. House of Representatives, he began lobbying for various industries in Harrisburg that included issues from gambling to medicine.  An avid outdoors man, he enjoys hunting and camping with his family and friends.
