Charlene A. Donaghy play “Italian Now” Honored

Charlene A. Donaghy’s play play “Italian Now” was honored by being included in the anthology The Best Ten-Minute Plays 2018 along with other contemporary playwrights.

Charlene Donaghy is also author of a collection of plays entitled  Bones of Home and Other Plays (Hansen Publishing Group) and is available in paperback or as an ebook.

Playwright Charlene A. Donaghy’s plays have been produced in New York City, Boston, St. Louis, Pittsburgh, Memphis, and in other cities around the United States, with recognition in Great Britain and Canada. Her full-length play, The Quadroon and the Dove,  premiered Off-Broadway produced by Madison Square Productions. Her play Gift of an Orange, inspired by Tennessee Williams short story “Gift of an Apple,” opened the season for Boston’s New Urban Theatre Laboratory.
